Sales Policy

1. Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order. DiamondJewell reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order you place. Acceptance of an order is only complete when your product is shipped and you receive a shipment confirmation. We will notify you if an order cannot be filled. This may be due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order even after it has been submitted.

2. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as displayed on the website at the time of your purchase. These may include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options. Your payment information is processed through secure payment gateways. All transactions are processed in US Dollars. By providing your payment information, you authorize DiamondJewell or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including all applicable taxes and shipping charges.

3. Shipping Information

We ship to locations within the United States and to select international locations. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at the time of purchase. We make every effort to ship your order within the specified processing time. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We are not liable for shipping delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or issues with the shipping carrier.

4. Return Policy

DiamondJewell is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying certificates (if any). Returns will not be accepted for damaged or altered items. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at info@diamondjewell.com or by phone at 330-683-5289 within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must provide your order number and reason for return. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with insurance and tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, if it meets the return requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process and appear on your account.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Engraved or customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for further assistance.

5. Warranty

DiamondJewell provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all jewelry products. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or alteration. To make a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect. DiamondJewell reserves the right to determine if the damage is a manufacturing defect and to repair, replace, or refund the item at our sole discretion.

6. Modifications to Sales Policy

DiamondJewell reserves the right to modify or update this Sales Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.
