3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and custom-made reasons, some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective due to a manufacturing flaw.

Items Damaged Due to Misuse: We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care. Normal wear and tear is also not covered under our return policy.

Items Purchased from Third-Party Sellers: This policy only covers items purchased directly from DiamondJewell through our website (diamondjewell.com) or our official sales channels. Purchases made through other retailers or unauthorized sellers cannot be returned through this policy.

4. How to Initiate a Return – The Return Process

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and tracking, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit. Please keep your tracking information for reference.
5. Inspection and Processing of Returns
Upon receipt of your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. If the returned items are approved, we will process your refund.

Currently, DiamondJewell does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund following the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 48 hours) at info@diamondjewell.com or call 330-683-5289. Please include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund, as appropriate, and cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns that are not due to a defect or error.
